Crawford and Gerber recently rang in Christmas with loved ones, although their children Kaia and Presley weren't present in photos

Cindy Crawford strutted towards happiness this year.

The supermodel, 59, reflected on her "incredible year filled with love, family friends, great music self-care and soaking up the beauty of the outdoors" with an Instagram carousel filled with special photos.

In the Wednesday, Dec. 31 post, Crawford included a few snapshots with her husband Rande Gerber, 63, including one that showed the two sharing a kiss on a special occasion marked by a candlelit dessert. Another snapshot showed the two dressed up at a party and smiling for the camera.

Crawford also made sure to feature her and Gerber's kids, Kaia, 24, and Presley, 26, with a black-and-white family shot that showed the latter in the arms of his beaming loved ones.

Solo time was also enjoyed by the Meaningful Beauty co-founder, who can be seen wearing nothing but a towel and basking in the sunshine in one of the images.

Crawford and Gerber wed in 1998 following her previous marriage to actor Richard Gere, which lasted from 1991 to 1995.

In April, Crawford celebrated her husband of nearly three decades, writing, "Happy birthday to the man whose attention to detail makes life better for everyone around him. Whether it’s making the perfect playlist for every occasion to knowing the next cool thing before any of the rest of us have even heard of it!"

"But the thing I love most about @randegerber is his commitment to our family and his sense of fun! Love you Babe!" she concluded.

Their secret to long-lasting love? “All throughout our marriage, we have made time to just be together, whether it’s a walk on the beach or a weekend away,” Crawford told PEOPLE in 2017.

“And I think we laugh with each other and we really respect each other’s opinion. Even when we don’t agree. When he doesn’t agree with me, I am fascinated. I want to know why, because I respect him enough to hear him out and he does the same for me.”

Ahead of the new year, Crawford showed fans how she celebrated Christmas with her loved ones. Kaia and Presley, who recently opened up about being on antidepressant medications for his mental health, weren't present in the family photo shared to Crawford's Instagram.
