Hannah Waddingham is calling a time-out on the "Ted Lasso" rumors.

The Emmy-winning actress, who stars as Rebecca Welton on the Apple TV sports dramedy, took to social media earlier this week to address media speculation of having a feud with costar and show creator Jason Sudeikis.

"For the first time ever, I am finding it necessary to silence the utter bollocks being written about" the actors' relationship, Waddingham, 51, wrote in a since-expired Instagram story on Tuesday, June 2, according to Entertainment Tonight.

The speculation stems from Waddingham's candid remarks about working with Sudeikis, 50, in an interview with Variety published May 30.

Jason Sudeikis, left, and Hannah Waddingham pose together during the photocall for "Ted Lasso" Season 3 at Battersea Power Station in London on April 28, 2023.

"There's always going to be a bit of give-and-take within a scene, because of the nature of how Sudeikis works," Waddingham said of production on the show's upcoming fourth season. "He hears it in the room, and then we tweak."

She added: "With that boy, you've got to roll with the punches. He and I have an ongoing love-hate relationship that he changes [the script] last minute."

But Waddingham denied having a "rift" with Sudeikis on her Instagram story, calling the "Saturday Night Live" alum her "beloved, long-standing friend and acting partner."

"Ridiculous, clickbait," Waddingham added, per ET. "Is it a quiet news day or something?! Get a life!!!"

Season 4 of "Ted Lasso" is set to be released on Aug. 5 and comes three years after the 13-time Emmy-winning show's third season. Season 3 experienced a similar time gap, premiering two years after the series' second season, which Sudeikis chalked up to a lengthy writing process.

"There was just so much story to go through," Sudeikis told USA TODAY in a 2023 interview. "So many stories and characters and connections that need to be tied up."

The new season is expected to follow soccer coach Ted Lasso (Sudeikis), who returns to Richmond, England, to coach a women's soccer team. "Throughout the course of the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking chances they never thought they would," Apple TV's plot synopsis says.

Waddingham teased the show's nail-biting drama in the conclusion of her Instagram story.

Season 4 "is going to be a doozy, as our mustachioed companion would say," Waddingham wrote, according to ET. "See you all up Nelson Road! Long live AFC Richmond!"
