HBO is bringing some drama to Texas.

** can exclusively announce that *House of The Dragon** *will help kick off the 2026 ATX TV Festival's opening night on May 28.

Ahead of the drama's third season, premiering in June, showrunner Ryan Condal will be joined at the festival by "Team Black" leaders Steve Toussaint, Harry Collett, Bethany Antonia, and Abubakar Salim for a first look at the new season and a discussion about what's to come.

Furthermore, they'll release never-before-seen footage and behind-the-scenes insights into the season 3 premiere, including the making of the highly anticipated Battle of the Gullet. As book fans know, the Battle of the Gullet takes place during the Dance of the Dragons and is one of the bloodiest sea battles. In other words, there will be blood.
