Kate Hudson is not holding back her plastic surgery suggestions.
The actress, 46, appeared on the Wednesday, April 1, episode of the Funny You Ask with Ike Barinholtz podcast, where host Ike Barinholtz recounted a conversation about cosmetic procedures.
"So I'm at dinner with Kate one time, and we're talking about plastic surgery and as a joke I go, 'Maybe I'll get some,'" Barinholtz, 49, recalled. "And in the same breath, you take out your phone and go, 'Here's what I've been thinking for you.'"
He continued, "And it's a Japanese website. You're like, 'It's just the eyes, they can do this with the eyes.'"
Through laughter, Hudson replied, "We can make a trip out of it. We can bring all the kids, we can go to Tokyo. And there's this genius Tokyo eye doctor who does the most beautiful... "
Barinholtz then interjects, "Just imagine ... we're going to like a Buddhist temple, and I'm just bandaged with ice packs on my face."
Hudson previously opened up about her transformation for her Oscar-nominated role in Song Sung Blue.
In the movie musical, Hudson stars alongside Hugh Jackman, 57, as half of the real-life couple Claire and Mike Sardina, who were part of the Milwaukee-based Neil Diamond tribute act Lightning & Thunder.

In a January interview with The Standard, the actress revealed she stopped getting Botox in preparation to play Claire.
"Well, the Botox was an easy choice — they didn’t have it in the 1980s," she shared.
In an interview with W Magazine, Hudson opened up about gaining weight for the role.
"This film was fun — I didn’t have to watch what I ate," she said. "I put on 15 pounds, just to be nice and soft. It was over the holiday season, so it was perfect. I wasn’t working out much."

Hudson also said that she "stayed away from skincare routines."
"I just let myself be and enjoyed life," she added. "Although I also enjoy life when I'm disciplined and working out too, I'm not going to lie."
