Kendall Jenner is addressing her looks.
The 30-year-old model appeared on the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast on Jan. 9, where she addressed speculations that she's had a full cosmetic makeover.
"When a person on the internet wants to believe something, there's no convincing them otherwise. I'm not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven't had — there's a whole world on the internet that thinks I've had full facial reconstruction," she said.
Then, she outright debunked any gossip about her going under the knife. "I've never had any plastic surgery on my face. I've ever had any work done" — and that includes her rumored nose job.

Jenner says she's seen online speculation that she's gotten a rhinoplasty and admitted, "I would believe them if it wasn't me."
The reality star added that she does think her nose has become slimmer over the years, but she chalks it up to her use of Accutane — a medication that treats severe acne — which Jenner struggled with again around 2021.
According to SELF, the treatment can't alter the actual structure of the nose, but it does have an oil-minimizing effect on sebaceous glands, causing a part of the nose to look less "congested" or inflamed.
The Kardashians star admitted that she's done two rounds of "baby Botox" in her forehead (she later learned that she much prefers living without it) and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatment and microneedling.
In the episode, Jenner also called the social media trend of professional surgeons pointing out celebrities' alleged enhancements "damaging" for young viewers, who then might feel like they need to change themselves.
Because she's "only human," Jenner said that sometimes she faces insecurities about her image too. "I want to give myself grace every day for the things that might bother. But I also think as I get older, the less of a f--- I give."

Jenner, of course, comes from a family of stars who have been open about their transformations. In 2025, mom Kris Jenner and sisters Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian dished the details of their cosmetic work.
Her admission also comes months after her close friend, Hailey Bieber, talked about her beauty treatments on the podcast. The Rhode founder said, "I made a commitment to myself that I wasn't going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I'll see if I even want to do it."
