Kit Harington might be slowing down on-screen nudity.
Speaking in a new Varietyinterview with his former Game of Thrones costar, Peter Dinklage, Harington said he wants to start thinking of his children before doing more nude scenes.
The English actor, 39, shares a son, born in 2021, and a daughter born in 2023, with his wife Rose Leslie, whom he met on the set of Game of Thrones and married in 2018.
"I'm weirdly doing a lot of nudity at the moment, and sex scenes," Harington told Dinklage, 56, in the interview with Variety, published Friday, June 5. "The more I do it, the more I think, 'I think I should stop.' I've got to start thinking about my kids, like, 'Why is Daddy always naked on-screen?'"
Dinklage added, "It's okay. Nudity's good. Kids are always naked in the house. We see enough of them. It's okay — that'll be a conversation for the therapist one day."
"They're going to have to watch me and their mom, [Leslie]," Harington said in reference to Game of Thrones, which features nudity.

While Harington played the role of Jon Snow for eight seasons on Game of Thrones, Leslie, 39, portrayed his on-screen love interest, Ygritte.
Dinklage, who played the role of Tyrion Lannister in the hit fantasy drama, revealed in the Variety interview that his children — a daughter born in 2011 and a second child born in 2017 — recently watched the series.

"My 8-year-old son was really into it. He loves all the dark arts. He writes scary stories. He's a future Stephen King," he said.
"It did bring up a lot of memories. To see it through their eyes was wild," he added.
Meanwhile, Harington previously revealed that he doesn't think his children will watch Game of Thrones.

"I don't think they'll wanna watch Game of Thrones," he told E! News at the premiere of his show Industry in 2024. "I absolutely guarantee you they'll probably never wanna see that show."
He added that his children would be "deeply uncomfortable" when watching his relationship with their mother develop onscreen.
"I don't think they're gonna wanna watch anything I'm in. I really don't," he continued. "I think it's gonna be one of those sadnesses that I'll be like, 'Hey, look at this thing I was in 20 years ago.' And they'll be like, 'Dad no.'"
Earlier this year, Harington told Mr Porter that being a father keeps him "very grounded" in his career.
"When I'd come back from filming, where I've been doing God knows what, I'd walk in the door and the kids were there, and anything dark I'd had to deal with during the day was gone," he said at the time. "It was bizarre, and it was great. I'd get home and be a dad."
