Kylie Kelce is very aware of how she speaks about her body in front of her four daughters.
The 34-year-old, who shares her girls Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 15 months, with husband Jason Kelce, opened up about her daily struggle with her own body and how she addresses that with her girls during the Thursday, July 2 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast.
“Sometimes it is a conscious effort to talk about my body in a positive way in front of my kids,” Kylie admitted to her guest, Olympian Ilona Maher. “I will say things in front of my daughters where I am actively speaking the opposite of what my brain is telling me.”

One example happened recently when Kylie said that one of her daughters saw her wearing a skirt and preparing to leave the house.
“She goes, ‘It looks like you have a baby in your belly!’ ” Kylie recalled. “I do not — just to be clear — and I was like, got it, maybe this isn’t the skirt to wear.”
However, when it came to responding to her daughter, Kylie was intentional with her answer.
“I’m like, ‘Oh no, that’s where my organs are,’ and, ‘Mom carried all four of you in this belly, how special is that?’ ” Kylie recalled. “And so those are the moments where I’m like, you know what? I do look pregnant in this skirt, and I don’t want to look pregnant if I’m not pregnant. I would love to have a flat situation going on, but then I have to say out loud to my kids, ‘That’s where your organs are. And that’s where I made you.’”
The podcaster called the positive speak “manifesting,” noting that she often speaks the opposite of how she’s feeling.

Professional athlete Maher then quipped, “So you threw that skirt out though?” to which Kylie replied, “She will not see the light of day for quite some time.”

She also added that her daughter Elliotte recently called her bare stomach “so squishy,” causing her to internally cringe.
“That’s where I have to have the active thought of, ‘Obviously your stomach doesn’t look the same, Kylie! You carried four human beings. Your stomach was big enough to fit 8.5 lb. babies four times. That’s crazy!’ ” she recalled.
Kylie celebrated a special episode of her Wave Original podcast at Disneyland Paris, opting not to bring her kids with her on a lengthy flight.
“My four little Annas and Elsas are at home,” she said during the episode. “That's right, I came to Disneyland Paris for a mom's girls trip. Do I have four girls? Yes. But you pack a 1, a 3, a 5 and a 6-year-old on a seven-hour flight? Mom needed a proper girls' trip. And as much as I love Paris, why not mix in Paris and Disneyland?”
