Lana Del Rey shared pictures from her wedding to Jeremy Dufrene to mark her one year anniversary.
The couple was married in the bayou where they met.
The wedding was attended by friends Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley.
A year after her wedding to Jeremy Dufrene, Lana Del Rey shared a new carousel of photos from her intimate wedding night. The mostly black-and-white images show the newly wedded couple posing together on an airboat, sharing cake, and posing with friends and family.
The carousel featured a number of photos displaying Del Rey’s gorgeous white wedding dress with a full skirt and off-the-shoulder neckline lined with lace.
One photo the singer shared showed friends Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley cheering during the reception.
Del Rey also posted a shot of her wedding cake, which had an illustration of a cabin on the side framed in gold icing, and a picture of a wedding favor perfume bottle with the words “Love on the Bayou” and their wedding date “9.26.24” etched on the side.
The pair was married in Des Allemandes, Louisiana. A source told People at the time that this is the same area where they first connected, when Dufrene led Del Rey and some friends on a swamp airboat tour in 2019.
“This is where they first met,” the source explained. “It’s a special place for them. It was a beautiful, relaxed and family focused wedding. The focus was just on their love story."
Another added that the couple shared a “whirlwind romance.”
“Jeremy is different from the men that Lana meets in the entertainment world,” they said. “He’s a great guy. He’s charming and charismatic in a Southern way, very much a gentleman, and he treats Lana really well. She’s an old soul.”
