Perez Hilton's representative broke their silence following his hospitalization after appearing to self-harm on a livestream.
The 48-year-old celebrity gossip blogger was hospitalized after the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office responded to numerous calls about his alarming livestream on TikTok. The TikTok video appeared to show Hilton with visible cuts and holding a knife, per NBC News. Viewers were reportedly pleading with him and inquiring about his phone number to alert authorities.
The video had continued for 15 minutes before it was taken down. The video platform was criticized by users for not taking down the video sooner. Hilton's agent Dante Rusciolelli spoke out to US Weekly in the aftermath of the disturbing incident.

"At this time, we do not have any additional confirmed information to share regarding Perez Hilton’s condition," Rusciolelli told the outlet. "Our focus remains on Perez’s health, recovery, and the privacy of both him and his family during this incredibly difficult time."
