Simone Biles responded questions about her invite to Taylor Swift’s wedding.

The gymnast said she doesn’t need to share every detail about her friendships with fans.

Biles and her husband, Jonathan Owens, watched Swift marry Travis Kelce on Friday at Madison Square Garden.

In case you’re wondering, Simone Biles doesn’t need (or want) to validate her friendship with Taylor Swift.

The Olympic gold medalist responded to those questioning her invitation to the pop star’s wedding to Travis Kelce after sharing photos from the celebration via Instagram on Monday.

“When has Simone Biles and Taylor Swift even spoken to each other?😂,” one commenter wrote.

Some followers chimed in to agree, while others stood up for Biles — explaining that she has used Swift’s music in her floor routines, and noting that Kelce and Biles’ husband, Jonathan Owens, both play in the NFL.

Soon enough, Biles gave her own explanation, simply stating, “Remember this, I only show y’all what I want y’all to know.”

Biles and Owen, a safety for the Indianapolis Colts, were just two of the many celebrity friends invited to Swift and Kansas City Chiefs star Kelce’s nuptials at Madison Square Garden on Friday.

In her carousel of photos on Instagram, Biles wore a stunning high-neck blood red dress, designed by DO LONG, and accessorized with Maison Spoiled High Jewelry. Owen coordinated in a red velvet tuxedo jacket, black pants, and a bow tie.

“The perfect love story, followed by the perfect nighTT ❣️,” Biles captioned the post.

Biles was joined by many other NFL couples at the star-studded event, including Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Claire and George Kittle, and Kyle and Kristin Juszczyk.

“I believe in a thing called love! ❤️ the most epic night celebrating an epic love story T&T 🥰,” Kristin wrote on Instagram alongside pictures.

On Friday, 14-time Grammy winner Swift and former Super Bowl champ Kelce celebrated their love story with a storybook wedding ceremony. A billboard outside of venue Madison Square Garden read “JUST&T MARRIED!” shortly after they officially tied the knot around 7:30 pm ET.

The couple also released a statement to PEOPLE with additional details.

“The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture. They are designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the Bride and Groom. This is the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity. Their shoes were custom made by Christian Louboutin and the bride wore Cartier jewelry,” the statement read.

The pair “did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen.”

“Instead, her brother Austin Swift served as Taylor’s Man of Honor and Jason Kelce was Travis’ Best Man. The ceremony joined both families together and was officiated by friend Adam Sandler,” the statement concluded.

Swift and Kelce started dating in the summer of 2023 and got engaged last August. While planning the wedding, the “Shake It Off” singer admitted her guest would basically be unlimited.

“I know it’s going to be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount, and people are on the bubble,” Swift told Graham Norton in October. “And you have to evaluate or assess your relationship with them to see if they should be there. I’m not gonna do that.”
