Bradshaw, a Pro Football Hall of Famer and four-time Super Bowl winner, spent 14 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has cohosted *Fox NFL Sunday* since it debuted in 1994. He is currently joined by a lineup of cohosts that includes Howie Long, Michael Strahan, Rob Gronkowski, Jay Glazer, and Curt Menefee.
Menefee made sure to acknowledge Bradshaw's absence during the Sunday show, while addressing some of his fellow cohosts. "You may notice, Howie Long [and] Michael Strahan, [that] Terry Bradshaw is not with us," he began. "He came to work sick this morning, so he decided to go home, not feeling well."
"We miss ya, man!" Long said.
Strahan then pointed out that Bradshaw's absence wasn't exactly voluntary. "He didn't decide to go home, we sent him home," he told viewers. "Let that be known."

"I didn't talk about it because I didn't want pity," he told *Today* at the time. "I didn't talk about it because a lot of celebrities — unfortunately, I'm one of those — when they say this, I think the perception around America with all the millions of people is, 'Aw, look at him. Bless his heart. He has cancer. Well, my husband died of cancer! My kids are…' I didn't want that."
*Fox NFL Sunday* airs every Sunday during the season at 12 p.m. ET.
