Young celebrated her first wedding anniversary with a sweet tribute to her husband on Instagram

"Couldn't imagine making it through the last 365 without you," Young wrote in part

Michelle Young is celebrating her first wedding anniversary.

Young, who was the runner-up on season 25 of The Bachelor and later the lead on season 18 of TheBachelorette, marked one year of marriage with husband Jack Leius on Instagram on Sunday, June 7.

"Couldn't imagine making it through the last 365 without you ❤️ Happy 1 Year Anniversary, @jackleius 😘," the reality TV star, 33, captioned a photo of Leius kissing her cheek on their wedding day.

Leius simply commented, "🫶🏽." Young flirtatiously commented back, "@jackleius well hey there 😘," to which Leius replied, "@michelleyoung heyyyyy boo❤️."

On his Instagram Stories, Leius reposted photos from bridesmaid Annika Sand's heartfelt Instagram wedding anniversary tribute to the couple. Sand shared 17 photos from the celebration, which was planned by Artful Events & Design, alongside the caption, "A year and a day later, still the best day ever. 🤍 Happy anniversary @michelleyoung + @jackleius!"

"Smiling so big that my eyes aren't even open 🥹 never will forget this day! love you so much my girl!!" Young commented, with Leius adding, "LOVE YOU ANNI🫶🏽."

The couple tied the knot last year at Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs in Chaska, Minn., PEOPLE exclusively revealed. Approximately 200 guests attended their "timeless" wedding inside a glass atrium set beneath a canopy of trees.

"It's been a whirlwind of emotion,s and our cheeks may get stuck from smiling so big!" Young told PEOPLE at the time of the wedding. "We knew regardless of how things turned out it would feel like an incredibly special day. So many fun moments and funny stories."

The pair "made a pact to stay side-by-side the entire evening."

"We wanted our day to be very intentional," Young explained. "It's easy to get caught up in the planning of it all and not transition into the moment, so we made sure to plan small moments aside with each other."

Young and Leius were introduced by a mutual friend. They made their relationship Instagram official in October 2023, jointly posting loved-up couple photos alongside Young's sweet caption, "Hit the Jackpot with you 🫶🏾." In January 2024, they made their first public relationship appearance at The Golden Bachelor alums Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist's wedding.

PEOPLE exclusively confirmed that Young and Leius got engaged on Oct. 24, 2024, at Centennial Lakes in Edina, Minn. Leius popped the question with a 3.56-carat emerald-cut diamond ring after making Young believe that she was taking part in a commercial shoot.
