One of the best things about BTS is not only their music but also their interaction with their fans and the public. From doing more than just a standard appearance on a talk show to the many episodes of Run BTS over the course of the band's history, the band has endeared themselves to their fanbase (known as ARMY) with their ability to have fun and laugh at themselves. As they embark on their first world tour in over four years, BTS appeared on the season finale of Hot Ones to test their mettle against the hottest of sauces. Who of the seven will fall first (an easy answer for ARMY) and who will stay until the final wing?

What is Hot Ones?
Hot Ones is a YouTube talk show that features celebrities being interviewed by host Sean Evans while they eat hot wings with increasingly higher levels of heat. Recent guests on Hot Ones include Oscar Isaac, Hilary Duff, and Luke Combs.

Who is BTS?
BTS is a South Korean boy band that started forming in 2010 before releasing their first single “No More Dream” in 2013.

Who are the members of BTS?
BTS consists of seven members: Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook. All of the members write and produce music as well. The rap line—J-Hope, RM and Suga—were the first trainees to sign with Big Hit and before the group’s official debut in 2013, the members were all in their teens. Now, they are all in their late 20s and early 30s.

How hot were the sauces on Hot Ones?
On this episode of Hot Ones, the sauces ranged from Piko Peppers' Garlic Delight at 1900 Scovilles to The Dab's Thermageddon hot sauce that has a heat level of 11/10 with "TBD" Scoville level though some discussion boards rate it at over 3 million. ARMY fans will know that Kim Taehyung, better known as "V", can not handle spice. V tapped out after the first wing and went nursed a bottle of milk throughout the rest of the episode. At one point, after only eating a bite or two of the first wing, he had to ask for another bottle of milk to which Jin asked if he was eating cereal over there.
Which member of BTS lasted the longest on Hot Ones?

You could say it was a tie between Jimin and Jungkook though I would say Jimin inched ahead by reaching for his milk/water/ice cream the least. While they all (except V) tried the last wing with The Dab's Thermaggedon sauce, the others were clearly in pain or sweating from the heat and reaching for their milk and ice cream while Jimin and Jungkook seem to enjoy the snack before them and even kept eating long after the challenge was over.
